Distil Your Own Gin At Republic of Fremantle
Step into our working distillery and learn the art of gin-making in a hands-on, two-hour class. You’ll distil your very own 500ml bottle of gin on a beautiful mini pot still and leave with a deeper understanding of what goes into making world-class spirits.
Held on the mezzanine overlooking our one-of-a-kind copper stills, this immersive experience is perfect for gin lovers, creative dates, or a memorable night out with friends.
Your Gin School Experience Includes:
- Gin & Tonic on arrival
- Guided distilling session using mini pot stills
- 500ml bottle of your custom-distilled gin to take home
- A short history of distilling and insight into our process
- 10% off all takeaway and retail bottles on the day
