Aims:
This practical workshop takes you through the first steps in considering, identifying and establishing a relationship with an external research partner by considering the following questions:
How do you find an external research partner?
- What aspects of your research might be valuable to an external partner?
- What skills do you need to develop to engage effectively?
- How to steward relationships with a range of different stakeholders?
- Who can assist you from Knowledge Exchange, Division of Enterprise
Target audience:
UNSW academic staff who:
1. Have not yet received funding or managed a research relationship with an external partner organisation, and
2. are interested in finding out how to get started with a research partner
