Description

Poor sleep and insomnia can affect your mental and physical health, as well as make it difficult to keep commitments to work, friends and family.

This seminar provides information and practical strategies to help you fall asleep when you need to, and stay asleep for a nourishing rest.

Harriet Sciberras will draw on health and psychology research to teach you about:

  • The role of the endocrine (hormonal) system and how you can train your brain.
  • Mindfulness, and how it can help with sleep.
  • Breathing techniques and physical movements.
