Join us at the NSW Trampoline Centre of Excellence for a fun 5-week trampoline program designed specifically for school aged children with disability to come and try.
Trampoline is a fun and dynamic way to engage in therapeutic exercise and to facilitate movement. Trampoline based activities improve body awareness, spacial awareness, core stability, enhances muscle tone and provides the participant with a sense of freedom. Trampoline is also great for overall fitness. This session will take place in our brand new Trampoline Centre of Excellence.
The new state of the art Trampoline Centre of Excellence has been fitted with four inground trampolines designed to allow children of all abilities to participate in the fun, including those who use wheelchairs, safely and experience the sensory benefits spring-based equipment can offer.
The trampoline program offers structured activities led by qualified coaches with modifications to suit different levels of physical engagement and stages of learning.
This event is suitable for ages 5-18 years.

This program is being delivered by the Play Well Participation Grant Program through the Australian Sports Commission.
