Led by Ideas, Impact, and Marketing Strategist Linda Reed-Enever, these sessions give business owners the structure, focus, and accountability to finally move their to-do list forward.

Participants bring their ideas, plans, and goals to the table and tap into Linda’s strategic brain to find clarity, momentum, and practical next steps.

Each session blends time-blocked co-working with live feedback and strategic guidance. Attendees set clear goals, gain insights, and make real progress all in a supportive, collaborative environment designed to help them get it done.

How It Works

Each session runs from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, giving participants four dedicated hours of strategy, focus, and implementation under Linda’s guidance.

9:30 – 9:45 | Welcome and Focus RoundThe morning begins with introductions and goal setting. Attendees share what they want to achieve, and Linda helps them prioritise their focus for the session.

9:45 – 11:55 | Hot Seat Round Each participant takes a turn in the spotlight for a 10-minute hot seat.It’s an opportunity to ask questions, gain feedback, or brainstorm new ideas with Linda’s input and insights from the group.

11:55 – 12:00 | Morning BreakA short pause to recharge and refocus before diving into implementation.

12:00 – 1:10 | Implementation SprintThis is where strategy becomes action. Attendees work through their priorities with Linda circulating the room, offering support and helping them stay on track.

1:10 – 1:30 | Wrap-Up and WinsThe group reconvenes to share results, reflect on progress, and set a clear action step for the month ahead.Everyone leaves with completed work, renewed focus, and a sense of achievement.
