Get fit punching!
I'm organizing boxing classes for beginners who want to learn the basics, workout and have fun. I'm a kickboxing teacher and I can guarantee you will get fit punching!
The session is 1.5h but can often stretch to 2h, depending on your energy levels!
It includes:
- Boxing basics: technique is fundamental and our main focus
- Coordination and feet exercises: we have different tools and exercises to train your hand-eye coordination and your agility in a fun and interactive way
- Proper warmup pre-workout and stretch post-workout, reducing the risk of injury and enhance the benefits of the workout
- A good sweat: we have a variety of exercises and activities to keep your heart pounding. We have HIIT, games, circuits, and more! We also have different challenges that can. help you track your fitness progress
- Fun!: we built a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. A place to workout, learn, and have fun with people with similar goals. Plenty of the exercises and games will steal a smile from you
- All levels: it doesn't matter how many reps or how advanced is your technique. It's the effort that matters! We adapt the exercises to you, pushing you to discover your limits and strengthen your pride
Cost
The first session is FREE. Following sessions, for the whole 1.5-2h, it's only $40 per single session or $175 for 5 sessions package ($35 per session)
Where?
The Domain Park, in front of the Hospital, 3min from Martin Place station.
You'll find us in the park area near the outdoor gym.

What to bring?
Comfortable clothes, a towel big enough to lean on, and the best attitude!
Note: We do have a few spare gloves which we are happy to share for a few sessions until you get yours. Please check for availability.
