Through yogic movements, breath techniques, guided meditation and body awareness you will be guided on your journey to release physical and emotional tension, open up your body and gain mental clarity. Options are given to suit different working styles, as well as for people with injuries or health issues. No previous experience of yoga or meditation is required. Classes are taught by a professional, highly experienced and fully insured yoga teacher, who has been teaching yoga for the last 18 years and managing Yogahealth school.
