DURATION: 90min
STYLE: Utilising props, Yin Yoga is effectively a gentle hold of poses. It is mostly reclined and seated, utilising minimal effort to release deeper into each pose. This is quite an internal practice, where intuition, breath, and meditation create the physical and mental release we all deserve and strive to achieve.
Limit of 20 students in the studio.
This class is for everyone, irrespective of sexuality, shape, age, and experience.
You may need a mat, blankets, yoga blocks and strap. We provide all of this, and more, in the studio. Feel free to bring your own mat if that's your preference.
