Gemini Practical Session

Gemini is useful when you know what to ask and how to check the result. This three-hour face-to-face session gives you three practical workflows:

1. Drafting or rewriting a short document
2. Summarising longer content and extracting action items,
3. Working with a simple image or table

You will leave with a reusable prompt pattern and a checking habit. Built specifically for Western Australian micro, small, and medium businesses, NFPs, and local government teams.

What You Will Leave With

• A structured prompt pattern: Master the core formula
• A simple checking method: Build a verification habit to review and validate AI outputs before using them
• One workflow to try next week

Who Should Attend

Owners, managers, and team members who want to gain practical, hands-on Gemini skills for everyday work.

Requirements & Guidelines:

• Bring a laptop if possible
• Safe-Data Rule: Fictional or non-sensitive examples only do not input confidential, client, personal, or unpublished information

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1) Your legal rights: Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this policy limits them. This policy applies to tickets for this event only.

2) If we cancel or materially change the event: If we cancel this event, or change its date, content, format or delivery mode so materially that it no longer meets your reasonable needs, you can choose either:

(a) a full refund of the total you paid, including Eventbrite fees, to your original payment method; or

(b) a transfer to a later event of your choice.

We do not deduct any fee from these refunds. Minor changes, such as a substitute presenter, a running-order change, or a different room at the same venue, do not entitle you to a refund under this clause. If you think a change is material, email bit.ly/wahub-ai and we will decide within 5 business days. We will give reasons if we decline, and your legal rights are unaffected.

3) If you cannot attend: Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind. If you tell us at least 14 days before the event, you may move your ticket once to another session, subject to availability. It has no cash value.

4) Transferring your ticket to another person: You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 7 days before the event, by emailing bit.ly/wahub-ai with the new attendee’s name and email, or via Eventbrite’s transfer tool where enabled. Tickets must not be resold for more than you paid. We set this cut-off because we confirm final attendee numbers with the venue and caterer, and prepare name badges and course materials, 7 days before each event.

5) No-show or leaving early: No refund or credit is available if you do not attend or leave part-way through, except as required by law.

6) Refund requests: Email bit.ly/wahub-ai with your name, order number and the clause you rely on. We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and decide them within 10 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days.

7) Conduct: We may refuse entry or remove an attendee who endangers others or seriously disrupts the event. No refund is due for that. This does not limit your legal rights.

8) Tickets sold through Eventbrite: Eventbrite processes tickets. Its refund tools and terms apply in addition to this policy, and we will honour the rights set out here. For advisory, training or consulting under a separate written agreement, that agreement’s terms apply together with clauses 1 and 2.
