A women’s circle designed for connection and calm. Join us for breathwork, meditation, sound healing, journalling and connection.

In a world that asks so much of us, this is your place to pause.

To relax.
To exhale.
To return to yourself.

This women’s circle has been created as a space for connection, nervous system restoration, and self-reflection. A space where you don’t have to be “on.” A space where you can simply be.

Whether you’re moving through change, craving community, or just needing a moment to breathe, this is the place to be. All are welcome, no experiance needed.

✨ What the evening will include:

  • Guided breathwork to regulate and ground your nervous system
  • A calming meditation to reconnect you with your inner self
  • Sound healing with crystal singing bowls to support deep relaxation
  • Journalling prompts for self-reflection
  • A warm cup of tea shared in circle
  • A personalised oracle card pulled for each woman

Hi, I’m Shae.

I’m a breathwork facilitator, reiki master and lover of all things mindset with a deep passion for self-leadership, nervous system work, and helping women reconnect to their inner confidence. Through breathwork, energy healing and grounded personal development practices, I support women in building safety within themselves, so they can create powerful change from a regulated place.

Community has been one of the most healing forces in my own life, and it’s my intention to create a space where women feel seen, supported, and deeply safe.

  • You’ve been feeling overwhelmed or disconnected
  • You’re craving meaningful conversation and authentic connection
  • You want to prioritise yourself without guilt
  • You’re navigating a life transition and want grounded support
  • You simply need a night to slow down

  • A journal and pen
  • A yoga mat
  • A pillow and blanket (if you’d like extra comfort)
  • A water bottle
