Discover gardening’s restorative power on this 1-hour small-group tour (max 10) at the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show. Explore show gardens and learn about how different design elements enhance health and wellbeing, and discover how gardening can support your wellness.

Led by Therapeutic Horticulture Australia (THA), this tour also introduces some of the practices and research supporting the growing field of Therapeutic Horticulture.

The tours are free and proudly supported by Citywide. Please note that entry to the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show must be purchased separately.

The tours will start promptly. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier to register. The tour meeting point is at the Beyond Blue site (site number B58, on the Nicholson St side of the show).
