Rob James is the Technical Director at Xypex Australia bringing more than 35 years of experience across engineering, manufacturing, construction materials, and technical leadership. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering, Rob began his career in the UK as a Civil Engineer before moving into senior management roles within both the UK and the Australian construction industries.

For the past decade, Rob has served with Xypex Australia in various roles and now leads the company’s technical team who deliver value to project stakeholders through Xypex solutions for the protection and remediation of concrete structures.
