Life thrives within the Maroochy Wetlands Sanctuary. A unique habitat on the edge of the Maroochy River. Fungi can be found within the sanctuary and its varied ecosystems of the wet eucalypt forest, melaleuca forest, casuarina woodland, salt marsh and mangroves.
