Overview

Explore the beautiful Norah Head Nature Trail and learn about the importance and incredible variety of fungi.

Fungi are fabulous! Did you know that fungi are neither plants nor animal but have their own kingdom?

We're going on a fungi hunt with local fungi expert Pam O'Sullivan to search for the incredible fruiting bodies of fungi in the forest. Learn what goes on underneath the soil and leaf litter and why fungi are so important for the health of the forest.

Please read important Information about bookings:

  • Please book for ALL attendees (children and adults)
  • Family friendly event, recommended children ages 6-16 years. Adults too!
  • All children must be attended by a responsible adult. Parent/Carers must remain with children at all times.
