As CFO you’re tasked with not just monitoring expenditure but working alongside fundraising, sales and/or marketing to ensure your organisation has enough income to sustain itself. However, those responsible for bringing in the money often have a different view point from those who are responsible for the overall financial health and sustainability of the organisation.

Erica is currently a Director at Xponential Fundraising, part of the Xponential Group which has raised $600million over the last decade for more than 100 non-profits.
