With the winter change and limited light our energy levels can diminish. Through Nature connection and Beach lanes studio space Jade’s movement class will teach you to regain your energy, feeling more balanced physically and emotionally to take on the obstacles of winter and in life.
About our presenter
Jade was raised on the Mornington Peninsula, camping, surfing and always looking to try new things she is a lover of adventure and body exploration. Developing her knowledge in Sport Science, Jade is a lover of learning and now works to connect us back to our human potential through movement experiences in nature with her business Adventure Personal Training.
