The objective of this workshop is to provide participants with a practical understanding of the key principles of Business Continuity Management (BCM), BCM systems and processes and how these translate into effective implementation of a BCM programme.

Instructor
Kenny is a Partner at Riskwest and a Director of the Australasian Chapter of the Business Continuity Institute. He has over 25 years of international experience in emergency management, business continuity and crisis management in banking, securities, logistics and government. Kenny conducts BCM training regularly and has trained over 2,000 senior managers and executives from public and private sector organizations. He is a BCI Approved Instructor and qualified ISO 22301 Lead Auditor and Trainer.
