Gizmo Cats - Educating the Innovators of the Future

Age 10+ Learn STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics - is everywhere and vital to our future.
Have Fun! Learn by doing fun hands-on physical activity making a push-button switch and then interface it to a Raspberry Pi computer. Instead of children limiting themselves to just playing Minecraft, they can change the Mine craft's virtual world through simple coding and Python programming skills.
Note: This is a slightly more advanced workshop (thus 10+ age) then the Scratch & Pi School Holiday event at Thinklab in Fremantle on Market st. In that workshop you shall make a push-button switch to interface to a Raspberry Pi to run a Scratch program. For additional info on other event see
