Fun Family Literacy Quiz [Bunbury]
Bring the whole family together for a fun, fast-paced quiz challenge that celebrates the power of books!
As part of the Bunbury Public Libraries’ Literacy Festival, our Fun Family Literacy Quiz is designed for all ages and features a mix of questions and games. It’s a fantastic way to test your bookish knowledge, discover your next favourite read, and bond over a shared love of storytelling.
Date: Monday 13 April
Time: 10.30am - 11.30am
Location: Bunbury Public Library – Parkfield Street, Bunbury
Gather the crew and put your book smarts to the test. Who will be the ultimate family literacy wizard? The quiz will be broken up into five rounds: Book quotes, Emoji book titles, Match the movie characters to the book, Word scramble game, and Finish the "Rude" Kids Book Titles
About the festival:
The City of Bunbury Public Libraries presents the inaugural Literacy Festival, a vibrant, community-focused celebration of reading, writing and storytelling. Across 12 days and 21 events, the festival will bring stories to life through interactive storytelling, inspiring author talks, creative writing workshops, drawing sessions, family-friendly activities and literacy-focused programs for all ages.
The festival promotes essential lifelong literacy skills while showcasing local authors and illustrators. Free or low-cost and open to all, the festival reinforces that literacy is for everyone.

- Open to all ages and abilities.
- Bookings for a single seat as well as tables of six (6) are available at the checkout. For table bookings, please check out the total number of tickets at checkout. Team names will be assigned on the day.
- Spaces are limited, and bookings are essential. If you are unable to attend this event after booking, please contact 9792 7190 or bunlib@bunbury.wa.gov.au.
- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times during this event. Visit the Code of Conduct for more information.
- Participants are welcome to bring their own snacks to enjoy during the event.
