About Your Guide:
I am a dedicated meditation guide and somatic practitioner, with over 500 hours training in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga (Nepal); and advanced Himalayan Kriya and Breathwork, and Meditation fundamentals (India). My holistic approach, embodied, intuitive and empathetic style, and emphasis on self-awareness, will empower you to cultivate your inner garden toward greater mindfulness, self-compassion, and calm.
The way I see it, we are all branches of the same tree. When we come together in loving awareness, we co-create a space that allows us to rise above our narratives, and attune ourselves to our highest path in the present.
