This is an adult meditation class so we may not be able to cater to children.

Children | Only Children over 12 can participate in Sound Baths

We do not cater for children during the session to come along with you, so entry is exclusively for paid patrons. 12YO+

In order for us to do this we ask a few things of our patrons for the benefit of supporting these best intentions for our community:

• We ask that you respectfully attend with a positive attitude
• Foster inclusive practices,
• Cultivate gratitude and respect for all attendees.
• There will be a time when we expect noise and chatter to stop and also a time during sessions when you will be asked to remain for the duration of the session.
• If you have coughs or feel fidgety we may ask you to enter another zone to assist us in maintaining the meditative environment.
• This is definitely a sober and smoke free experience so we ask our patrons to be respectful and not attend if you are not able to comply.
• Gossip and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
