What do i need to bring?

Nothing. We have everything you need to get comfortable.

What time should I arrive?

It is good to arrive by 5:50 so that you can get all set up and settle in so we can start on time.

What is the refund policy?

With sufficient notice (greater than 24 hours) you can receive a refund. We can also transfer your booking to the next event if preferred.

Can I participate in the sauna & icebath session before this event?

This must be pre-organised with Kym as bookings are strictly limited and book out each month.

Do you hold private events?

Yes, I offer private bookings. You choose from yoga (including yoga in slings), breathwork, sound journey, sauna and icebath session - and together we can create your very own mini-retreat.
