About The Strength Squad

The Strength Squad was founded with a mission to make a positive impact on the care and support of young onset cancer patients by harnessing the transformative power of exercise physiology on physical and mental wellbeing.

The Strength Squad is a program fully subsidised by The Thompson Family Endowment Fund and powered by Impatient Advocacy. Impatient Advocacy’s passion is helping to improve the daily lives and longer-term outcomes of people diagnosed and currently living with cancer.

A main focus of all partners is to fund, enable, and encourage exercise as part of the treatment plan for cancer patients - this has been made possible by the combined mission of The Strength Squad and with specialised health experts, The EP Group, delivering the program.
