This small group workshop has been designed to ensure clear safety precautions including safety wear (provided) are in place to support your learning.

Food Allergy Information (if relevant to you):
This workshop will involve the handling of kiwi fruit, grapes, watermelon, strawberries, rockmelon, apples, and oranges.
For your safety and enjoyment, please note that all participants will be expected at all times to:
- follow the safety instructions given by the chef/workshop leader
- handle and use a kitchen paring knife as instructed as part of basic kitchen and workshop safety requirements
- Wear the protective gloves provided
