Come and join our experienced panel of winemakers Luke Whittle from Pipers Brook &amp; Kreglinger, alongside Shane Holloway from Delamere, moderated by oenologist Loic Le Calvez, on a journey from the vineyard all the way to your glass, and understand the secrets of making some of the best sparkling wines in the world.

A unique experience where you will be tasting all the five different steps from the “base wine” (before the wine even has bubbles) to the finished wine ready for release. Including the “sauvage wine” (unfinished wine with bubbles) and multiple different sweetness trials, an opportunity not to be missed.

Our panel will also share their tips and techniques of tasting and enjoying the best of Tasmanian sparkling wines.
