This is an intentional reset for people who are doing a lot, carrying a lot, and quietly thinking, “Why do I still feel behind?”

Maybe you’re tired-but-wired at night. Maybe you can’t switch off. Maybe you’re in a transition season and everything feels a bit messy. Or maybe you’re just craving some space to breathe and get clear again.

And to be clear, this isn’t “goal setting.” We’re not doing generic, hustle-y plans that look good on paper and fall apart by Wednesday. This is deeper and more intentional. It’s about you, your capacity, your season, what you’re actually holding, and what would genuinely make your life feel lighter.

We’ll start with a short grounding to land in your body (nothing intense, just a few minutes to arrive). Then we’ll move through a guided, workshop that helps you gently untangle the overwhelm and get clear on what matters right now.

You’ll leave with:
⭐️ Clear intentions (the kind that actually guide your week)
⭐️ Your top 3 “big rocks” so you’re not trying to do everything
⭐️ 3 boundaries (with the exact words to say it)
⭐️ A simple weekly plan that fits into real life

And then we will finish with a 30-minute sound bath so everything can sink in. No rushing out the door. Just time to let your nervous system soften and let the plan “land.”

Come as you are. You don’t need to have it all figured out. If you’ve been craving calm, clarity, and a steady next step, you’ll feel very at home here.
