Overview

Step out of the rush and back into yourself. A grounding Women’s Circle for reflection and connection at Curate U, Thornbury. 16 March.

From Rushing to Grounded: A March Reset Women's Circle

Pause. Reflect. Realign.

By mid-March, the initial spark of January has often faded into the familiar hum of busyness. The "start-of-year" rush has a way of sweeping us up before we’ve even had a chance to decide where we’re headed, leaving us navigating a heavy mental load and the subtle, relentless pressure to keep "doing" more.

This is your invitation to pause.

I invite you to join me on Monday, 16th March, 7-9pm at the beautiful, energetically aligned Curate U in Thornbury. This is a dedicated space to step out of the rushing and back into yourself. It is a soft place to land—a sacred gap in your calendar to reflect on the year ahead and decide, with true intention, how you actually want it to unfold.

What the evening holds

Together, we will move away from the habit of shrinking ourselves to fit schedules & expectations, and instead focus on boundaries that reflect our inherent worth. We’ll explore:

  • Guided grounding meditation and gentle movement.
  • An Intentional Lens: A reflective look at the first quarter of the year—not through the lens of productivity, but through your values, your needs, and your growth.
  • Journaling & Ritual: Quiet, soulful prompts to help you move past the shame of "not doing enough" and into clarity about what you truly wish to welcome.
  • Connection & Community: A held sharing circle with like-minded women navigating the same balance of high achievement and the deep need for rest.
  • Nourishment: Warm tea and light nibbles to ground the evening.

This circle is for you if...

  • You’ve been moving so fast you’ve forgotten what true rest feels like.
  • Life has felt a little flat or heavy lately, and you’re craving something real and grounding.
  • You’re longing for more connection, more meaning, and more space to just be.
  • You want to feel at home within yourself—craving a sense of presence, groundedness, and ease.

Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate and deeply held. I would love to see you there

Your facilitator:
I'm Zac - a clinical psychologist, yoga teacher, facilitator and creator of The Return, a space for women to slow down, reconnect and come back to themselves.
My work weaves together reflective practices, grounding meditation, and gentle conversation to help women make sense of their inner world and move through life with more clarity, intention, and self-trust.

I hold circles, retreats, and therapeutic spaces that invite you to pause, breath, and remember the parts of yourself that get lost in the noise of everyday life.
My intention is always the same:
to offer warm, grounded spaces where you can return to yourself - softly, honestly, at your own pace.
