Overview

Join local naturopaths in person to explore natural ways to tackle everything from periods to menopause with a naturopathic twist!

From Periods to Menopause: A Naturopathic Guide to Hormonal Health

Join local naturopaths Bron and Allie for an empowering and informative talk exploring the female hormonal journey — from first periods through to perimenopause and menopause — from a naturopathic perspective.

Hormones influence far more than just our cycle. Energy, mood, sleep, digestion, skin, weight, fertility, and stress resilience are all deeply connected to hormonal health. In this session, we’ll break down what’s normal, what’s common but not normal, and how naturopathy can support the body through each life stage.

You’ll learn:

  • How hormones change across the lifespan and what that can feel like in real life
  • Common signs of hormonal imbalance and why they’re often overlooked
  • Practical, everyday naturopathic tips to support cycles, PMS, PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, and menopause
  • How nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle medicine can work alongside conventional care

We’ll also be joined by Julie, who will present on the gut microbiome and its powerful (and often surprising) role in hormone balance, inflammation, mood, and overall wellbeing.

This talk is suitable for anyone who menstruates, is approaching menopause, or wants to better understand their body and health options in a supportive, evidence-informed way.

Come curious, leave informed — and with practical tips you can start using straight away.
