From MVP to Investable Product

From MVP to Investable Product

Michael Crouch Innovation CentreKensington, NSW
Tuesday, Mar 3 from 1 pm to 3 pm AEDT
Overview

Learn how to move from a working MVP to an investable product and the signals investors actually care about

Building an MVP is hard. Turning it into something investors want to fund is even harder.

This workshop is designed for founders and Computer Science students who already have a prototype or early product — and want to understand what it actually takes to make it investable.

Led by Pasha Rayan, a 2× founder, YC alum, and co-founder of a1base, this session draws on real experience scaling startups and navigating the journey from early build to serious capital.

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll cover:

  • What separates a “cool MVP” from an investable product
  • The traction, signals, and milestones investors actually care about
  • How to evolve your product, story, and roadmap post-MVP
  • Common mistakes early technical founders make when preparing to raise
  • How to position your startup for growth without overbuilding

This session is ideal for Computer Science students and early-stage founders who are actively designing and building products, and want to take the next step toward funding and scale.

If you’re serious about turning what you’ve built into a real company — this workshop will give you the frameworks, clarity, and founder insight to do it right.
