Our Frames to Fixtures Secondary School Bus Tour is a one-day, immersive experience designed for senior students to explore leading Sunshine Coast Manufacturers, meet industry professionals, and discover real pathways into careers across building products and production manufacturing.

🚌 Itinerary:

7:15 AM – Pre-arranged mini bus arrives at school

7:25 AM – Students & teachers board bus (rolls, permissions, medical, risk checks completed)

7:35 AM – Mini Bus departs school

8:45 – 9:45 AMArrive BFX Furniture – Tour, production processes, careers & Q&A

9.50AM - Morning Tea break (15 minutes)

10:05 AM – Depart BFX

11:00 AM – 12NOON - Arrive Olly’s Homes – Tour, manufacturing processes, careers & Q&A

12NOON: Lunch break (15 minutes)

12:15 PM – Depart Olly’s Homes - Return to school

1:15 – TAFE QLD - Training Pathways post school Information Session – Career pathways, apprenticeships & Q&A (planned as a return to school delivered session - classroom to be booked by teachers)

2.15PM - Tour ends

Your schools ticket includes:

  • Industry site visits

👥 Capacity: Maximum 8 students + 2 supervising teachers per school

  • One school per booking
  • Limited number of tours available

🥪 Students must bring a packed lunch and water bottles (no stops to purchase food)

📋 School Requirements:

  • Schools must complete all Department of Education excursion requirements
  • Includes risk assessments, permissions, insurance, and approvals
  • Confirmation required of approval to particpate
  • PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM SCHOOL LEADERSHIP
