Where is the event, and is parking available?

This is an in-person workshop at Hive Sacred in Underwood. Ample free street parking is available nearby. Bathroom facilities on site. When parking, ensure you do not park across driveways. Please arrive at 12:45 for a 1pm start.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or "tapping," is a gentle, evidence-supported tool that combines acupressure (tapping on meridian points) with focused affirmations to reduce stress, release emotional blocks, and boost confidence. Here, we'll use it to amplify the empowerment self-defence skills.
