You are going to prepare and have a true Italian Ligurian meal:
Antipasto (entrée)
You are going to prepare “Torta Pasqualina” (Easter’s small savory cake) with puff pastry, spinach, ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan, marjoram, and yoghurt.
Primo (main)
You’ll learn to prepare traditional PESTO with a marble mortar in the very traditional old way and Trofie handmade pasta which is the perfect match with Pesto sauce.
Dolce (dessert)
“Bonetto de laite”, that is a traditional dessert from Liguria made with milk, vanilla, sugar and eggs.
We’ll cook the pasta and we’ll feast on the Torta Pasqualina, the pesto pasta and dessert we have prepared.
A glass of Italian wine will be offered to you as Italians do with their friends when they eat together.

All our recipes are hands-on, you’ll be working at your private bench space with a maximum of 14 participants to ensure that every one of you will be well looked after and to maximise your learning and help you to master the necessary skills.
