What do I need to Participate?

Bring whatever makes you feel comfortable - There will be some Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets available, but please feel free to bring anything that would help you feel more comfortable. Wear comfortable clothing, thongs/sandals or easy to remove footwear. Water, notebook and pen for journaling.

What can I expect at the session?

You can expect a warm welcome. An inviting atmosphere with lots of good people to connect with. Hot Cacao to warm the belly. A relaxing and downregulating style of breathwork which will warm the soul and help you find a place of Zen.

Who will be facilitating the session?

Brad Levey will be the main facilitator. Brad is the founder of Boundless Breath – Brad is a father, a Breathwork facilitator, Hypnotherapist, Transformational Coach, and Energy healer. Brad will be assisted by trained Breathwork practitioners and/or energy healers during the workshop.

Do I need to have experience with breathwork to participate?
