Friday Kirtan Meditation (2nd & 4th Friday of the month)
Overview
Kirtan Meditation – A Journey Beyond Stress and Worries
Kirtan meditation is a unique experience that will transport you to a place of inspiration, peace, and joy, far beyond the stress and worries of daily life. Our sessions weave live music with sacred yoga chants, creating a relaxed and uplifting atmosphere where you can easily experience spiritual connection.
Often called “meditation of the heart,” Kirtan is the practice of singing and hearing mantras in a group setting—an interactive and beautifully immersive experience.
We all seek real and lasting connection in our lives. Kirtan nourishes the soul’s deepest needs by reconnecting us to our spiritual source and reawakening the love within our hearts. Whether you regularly meditate or are new to the experience, we warmly invite you to join us for a special night of community, connection, and inner peace.
After the chanting, stay and enjoy freshly brewed chai tea and a delicious sweet treat. This is a time to relax, connect, and share in uplifting discussions with like-minded souls.
📍 Cost: By donation – you can donate online when booking a ticket or bring a cash donation on the night. Your donations help with running costs.
🧘 What to bring: Whatever helps you sit comfortably. We provide some floor chairs, and plenty of regular seating is available.
We look forward to seeing you there! 💛
