Overview

International Women’s Day Breakfast. Give To Gain. A morning of connection, generosity and conversation supporting progress for women.

When we give, we gain.

Join Fresh Networking members and guests for our International Women’s Day Breakfast, aligned with the 2026 IWD theme, Give To Gain — a celebration of generosity, collaboration, and shared support.

Give To Gain reflects the belief that when we give our time, knowledge, encouragement, advocacy and support, we create greater opportunities for women and girls and stronger outcomes for our wider communities.

This special breakfast brings together business owners and professionals from across the Fresh community to connect, share perspectives and reflect on how we can collectively support progress toward gender equality.

We are honoured to welcome keynote speaker Linda Widdup, founder of Aussie Hay Runners and recognised as the 2026 Victorian Local Hero in the Australian of the Year Awards.

Starting with just four trucks in 2019, Linda built a volunteer-led organisation that now coordinates more than 70 trucks delivering vital fodder to farmers across Australia. Aussie Hay Runners has travelled millions of kilometres and delivered over 90,000 bales of feed, supporting farming families and livestock through drought and natural disasters. Through grassroots leadership and community collaboration, Linda has helped bring hope, connection and resilience to rural communities facing immense challenges. Her story is a powerful reminder that generosity and collective action create meaningful change.

We are also pleased to welcome guest speaker Danielle Zetzer, founder of Respect Legal and host of the podcast Diary of a Divorce Lawyer.

Danielle leads a team of 20, is a mother of three teenagers and a strong advocate for women stepping into their power. A child of divorce herself, she was motivated to change how families experience separation. That purpose led to the launch of Respect Legal during lockdown, built on the bold idea of doing divorce differently by prioritising healing over hostility and resolution over courtroom conflict. Today her firm supports hundreds of families each year, focusing on resolving matters outside of court wherever possible. Through her work in law, leadership and media, Danielle sees daily how generosity of knowledge, courage and opportunity creates ripple effects far beyond the individual. In business and in life, she believes giving is not a weakness — it is leadership.

Expect a welcoming and collaborative morning focused on conversation, connection and community, all shared over breakfast.

This event is open to all genders and all who support progress toward gender equality.
