French Twilight Market in Newcastle, NSW
Event Information
About this Event
BONJOUR,
The second edition of the French Twilight Market in Newcastle is back!
Come and join us on Saturday 20 of February from 4pm to 8.30pm at The Station Newcastle, at the Corner of Scott Street.
There will be activities for the whole family! 🙂
Entry is free but we HIGHLY recommend booking your free ticket online if you want to make sure to get in. Under current COVID-19 restrictions, the number of attendees allowed in this event is restricted. So if you don't want to miss out, make sure to book your ticket. And if you are undecided, know that there will also be a limited number of free tickets available on the day.
NOTE: children (babies, toddlers and older children) must also have their own free ticket as we need to include them in the number of attendees.
Now that it is said, let's get ready!
Wander through the market stalls which will be showcasing French inspired items and French/francophone food.
Join our adult and children's activities. A fun way to discover the French culture and language as well as the Francophonie (other French speaking countries)!
Stop by the display of newer and vintage cars!
Enjoy a game of "pétanque" which, let's be honest, is more than a sport in South of France!
If you are a bit hungry, we have you covered! AU MENU: charcuterie (small goods), fromages (cheeses), patisseries, crêpes and a lot more!
Wine and beers will be available for purchase onsite.
We look forward to seeing you all very soon!
A bientôt,
The Alliance Française de Newcastle
