Be Fit, Be Active & Be Healthy come and join the party. Zumba Gold & DAYOP (Dance at your own pace).

A fun way to get fit! Join in on this invigorating dance and fitness session that provides modified, easy to follow, low-impact moves.

FREE Zumba Gold activity is on every Thursday 8-9 am at Wynnum Municipal Hall commencing 30th Jan 2025. Please note no classes during school holidays, public holidays and EOFY (end of financial year). All classes will pause from 9th June until 13th July 2025.

This is a GOLD Program event suitable for all ages and beginners. This activity is currently funded by Brisbane City Council as part of Active and Healthy program.

Be a role model for our community by being Active & Healthy and bring your friends along you never know who's life you may change for the better.

Requirements

Bring towel & drinking water & wear appropriate clothing & closed shoes.
