Description
Recent surveys have revealed that almost 9 million (38%) Australians do not get enough daily physical exercise and that about 3.7 million (16%) have some sort of back pain.
When you're in pain or not feeling at your physical best it can be difficult to find an activity that you enjoy doing.
We also know that it's not so easy to find the confidence or motivation to try something new, especially when you may feel limited by aches and pains.
So our Chiropractors decided to team up with Naomi from Radiance Yoga to create a safe, welcoming and friendly environment for you to experience the benefits of yoga.
During the 45min session you will be guided through some gentle poses that will nourish your back and body.
This workshop is great for those who have no experience or are currently experiencing aches and pains. Advanced Yogis welcome too!
