Quest for Life offers a life-enhancing one-day workshop where you will learn practical skills and strategies for living well in challenging circumstances.

This empowering, practical workshop is for anyone experiencing life’s pressures and challenges. If your mental, emotional or personal resources feel depleted, you are invited to take time out to reconnect, restore balance and strengthen your resilience through simple, effective tools and strategies.

During this workshop, participants will learn:

  • How to build resilience in the face of challenging circumstances
  • The importance of self-care and how to incorporate it into daily life
  • Easy ways to include relaxation in everyday routines
  • How to manage emotions and recognise signs of burnout
