Wednesday Within is a weekly grounding yoga class designed to help you pause, recalibrate and return to your day with clarity and steadiness.
Through mindful movement, breath-led flow and moments of stillness, this practice supports nervous system regulation while gently building strength and awareness.
Expect a calm, supportive pace suitable for basic–intermediate practitioners, with space to listen inward and move with intention.
Leave feeling centred, settled and more like yourself—ready to reset outward and meet the rest of the week with ease.
Led by Pippa Jackson, Certified Yoga Therapist and Embodiment Facilitator, the class is shaped by extensive therapeutic training and years of experience guiding individuals through stress, recovery and meaningful inner change.
The approach is deeply attuned, offering support that feels both professional and personal.
Small group numbers allow for personalised guidance and a warm, supportive atmosphere.
