You're invited to a FREE Parenting Information Session, designed to support you in your parents of children aged 0-5 years old, as they transition through their educational journey.

Hosted at our SDN Macquarie Park early learning service (long day care and preschool), this program is part of SDN Children's Services' Start Strong initiative and is led by qualified Early Childhood Teachers.

In this free one-hour session, you'll gain insights and strategies to help your child thrive across key areas such as:

Routines, Boundary Setting and Managing Screen Time 🕒📱

Learn how to create consistent routines and set gentle boundaries that help your child feel secure, confident, and ready to explore the world. Get practical tips on balancing screen use with active play, social interaction, and rest—tailored to your child’s age and developmental stage.

Whether you're a first-time parent/carer, or adding to your growing family, this session offers a supportive space to help you feel confident, connected, and capable in your parenting.
