The workshop is an initiative to introduce you to breathing & meditation techniques that have a calming effect on the mind.

During the workshop participants will experience:

1. Introduction to breathing techniques that increase energy and vitality

2. Discussion about the tendencies of the mind

3. The connection between our breath, emotions, mind, body & the Self

4. A guided meditation
