Get essential road safety tips to navigate your surroundings confidently.

As part of Seniors Festival Expo 2026, Cumberland City Council would like to invite senior members of the community to a free workshop to learn about essential road safety tips.

Whether you are navigating our roads as a driver or a pedestrian, learn how you can keep safe and feel confident in your surroundings.


Date: Wednesday 4 March 2026

Time: 11:00am to 12:00 noon

Venue: The Granville Centre - Workshop Room 1

Cost: Free


Terms and conditions:

  • Workshop is open to residents aged 65yrs or over (50yrs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) and people with disability aged 18yrs or over and their carers living within the Cumberland City LGA.
  • If you have Flu like symptoms, please do not attend.
  • Bookings open Monday 2 February 2026 and close 12 February 2026 or once booked out. If you do not attend this may impact your ability to book for future Seniors & Disability events provided by Council.
