What to Expect from Your Neuro Rehabilitation Session

Our Neuro Rehab Programme supports NDIS participants recovering from stroke or managing neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, MS, or acquired brain injury. Delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists, sessions are personalised to improve mobility, strength, and confidence using evidence‑based land and water‑based therapy.

We also assist with NDIS coordination to ensure a smooth and supported experience.

Offer: Initial Clinical Consultation & Functional Capacity Screening

Includes a professional 1‑on‑1 assessment, access to accredited gym or hydrotherapy facilities (where appropriate), and a personalised neurological management plan aligned with your goals.

Key Terms & Conditions (Summary)

• Eligibility: First‑time Healthstin clients who are self‑ or plan‑managed NDIS participants with verified funding.
• Availability: Valid 1–28 February 2026, subject to capacity, at selected clinics in NSW, VIC, SA, and WA. Clinic‑based sessions only.
• What’s Included:

  • Trial of rehab equipment or hydrotherapy (clinically appropriate)

  • Support with NDIS documentation
