The City of Salisbury is proud to partner with Flourish Australia to provide free mental health and wellbeing information and service referral to our local community.
Flourish Australia is one of Australia’s largest and most experienced not-for-profit service specialising in supporting people with complex mental health needs for more than sixty years. With 72 sites across NSW, SA, Act, Vic and Qld, their supports assist people to overcome barriers, gain confidence, and learn new skills, which can transform lives. Flourish Australia is proud to offer uniquely tailored supports to people in the community by skilled staff both from a learnt and lived experience.
Appointments are available each Tuesday afternoon from 1pm in the Kaurna Rooms at the Salisbury Community Hub and are free to the local community.
