[Fairy Meadow] Free Heartfulness Relaxation & Meditation sessions

Learn to relax, meditate and de-stress with a simple Heart-based meditation practice. Heartfulness offers wellbeing practices to help you manage everyday living and experience more joy in your life. Heartfulness is a very simple and subtle practice of meditation that connects us with our light within and with others.

No Fees to attend the sessions.

You are welcome to bring a mat and cushion to meditate on. Chairs will also be available.
