Hello, my name is Steven, and I run Brisbane Meditation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping people experience lasting inner calm and clarity.

I’d love to invite you to a Free Introductory Meditation Seminar, where we gently introduce a simple, practical, and fully guided meditation method that has helped many people reduce stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect with a deeper sense of peace.

During this seminar, you’ll learn:

  • How the mind actually works (and why it so often feels overwhelming)
  • How our meditation method helps you let go of stress, anxiety, and overthinking
  • What support looks like, including personal guidance and ongoing help
  • How our membership works, if you choose to continue

This is ideal if you struggle with stress, anxiety, sleep issues, or if you’ve tried meditation before and felt unsure if you were “doing it right.”

No experience is required - just an open mind and curiosity.
