Seniors Festival FREE Falls Prevention Information Session for Seniors

Join us in person to learn strategies to reduce the risk of falls and stay independent!

As part of Seniors Festival Expo 2026, Cumberland City Council would like to invite senior members of the community to a free information session on how we can prevent and manage falls to stay safe and healthy.

It's a relaxed, friendly space where you can ask questions and get practical advice to keep you on your feet and feeling great. Don't miss out on this chance to boost your wellbeing!

Terms and conditions:

• Workshop is open to residents aged 65yrs or over (50yrs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) and people with disability aged 18yrs or over and their carers living within the Cumberland City LGA.
• If you have Flu like symptoms, please do not attend.
• Bookings open Monday 2 February 2026 and close 12 February 2026 or once booked out. If you do not attend this may impact your ability to book for future Seniors & Disability events provided by Council.
