A note from your Parkour instructors:
"Please be appropriately dressed to suit the weather, bring a bottle of water, flexible / as little restriction as possible clothing, shoes, and your fantastic self."
The South Australian Parkour Association (SAPA) is a non-profit association that aims to facilitate, promote and protect South Australian Parkour. SAPA has been facilitating Parkour in SA for 8 years now and has seen and fostered some amazing people. With a bold and unique approach to creative play, exercise, risk, and training, Parkour is often viewed as a highly dangerous activity but the approach to risks and danger means that people can train relatively safely and in a supportive environment. Parkour has an altruistic philosophy at its core, with the idea of being able to help anyone from any background move through their daily life and environments in a more functional and enjoyable way. Parkour really is for everyone, its not always about doing risky things, sometimes its just about finding a safer way to move from point A to point B.
