Our free Why Meditate meditation course offers the methods, knowledge and inspiration you’ll need to embark on your own inner journey while exploring the many paths of meditation – you only need the sincerity to try and the determination to practice.
Our instructors, who have many years of experience to share with you, will present a range of techniques, including essential meditation secrets. You’ll also enjoy the company of like-minded people who, like you, are seeking the inner treasures that the inner life always brings.

- Session 1 - Monday, 16 March, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
- Session 2 - Thursday, 19 March, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
- Session 3 - Monday, 23 March, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
- Session 4 - Thursday, 26 March, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Each session, we’ll introduce new techniques and build on previous sessions. To maintain the flow of the course and gain the most benefit, please join by the second session.
